What Our Pest Control Work Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Pennsylvania Pest Pros provides the pest control work described in your estimate or service agreement, which may include inspection, treatment, monitoring, or prevention steps for identified pests. The written scope explains the areas to be addressed, preparation instructions, and any follow-up included. Work outside that scope, including repairs, sanitation, wildlife removal, or treatment of newly discovered pests, requires separate approval.

We apply pesticides according to product labels and applicable law, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and Pennsylvania’s Pesticide Control Act of 1973. Applicators must hold certifications required under 7 Pa.

Code Chapter 128. We follow EPA pesticide-container disposal instructions and applicable Resource Conservation and Recovery Act hazardous-waste requirements.

Worker hazard communication follows OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, where applicable. Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and Department of Environmental Protection rules also apply; USDA requirements may apply when relevant. Customers must follow site-specific instructions and disclose known hazards.

Appointments, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are arranged with you by phone, email, or another agreed method. We will confirm the scheduled date and any access, preparation, or safety instructions before the visit.

Please provide accurate property details and make sure the technician can reach the areas listed in the service agreement. If access is unavailable or required preparation has not been completed, the visit may need to be rescheduled, and any resulting charge will be explained under the terms you accepted.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Any cancellation notice period or applicable fee will be stated in your estimate or booking confirmation; no unstated fee is created by this section.

If inspection reveals that the requested work needs to change, we will explain the proposed change and any price adjustment before proceeding. We will not add out-of-scope work without your approval.

Weather, safety concerns, or operational issues may require rescheduling, and we will work with you to arrange another time.

Written Estimates and Payment Terms

An estimate describes the work proposed, the areas or pests addressed, and the price based on information available at the time. It is not a commitment to perform work that is outside its written scope.

Ask questions before accepting if an item, preparation step, or follow-up visit is unclear. The estimate or service agreement will state when payment is due and the payment methods accepted.

Unless that document says otherwise, payment is due for the agreed work according to its stated terms.

If an inspection or changed condition calls for additional work, Pennsylvania Pest Pros will explain the revised scope and price and request your approval before starting it. You are not required to accept added services.

Charges for work already approved remain subject to the agreed payment terms. If you believe an invoice does not match the accepted estimate or completed work, contact us promptly with the details so we can review it.

No specific price, financing arrangement, or discount is promised by these terms; those details must appear in a current written offer or agreement.

What to Know About Service Guarantees

Any workmanship warranty, retreatment commitment, or service guarantee applies only if it is stated in your written estimate or service agreement. That document controls the covered pest, treatment area, duration, required follow-up, and steps you must take.

These terms do not create a warranty period or promise that pests will never return. Pest activity can be affected by building conditions, neighboring properties, weather, sanitation, and other factors beyond the treatment itself.

Coverage may not apply where the written agreement excludes a condition or where required preparation, access, maintenance, or follow-up is not provided. New pest activity, a different pest, or an area not included in the original scope may require a separate inspection and estimate.

Contact Pennsylvania Pest Pros if activity continues or returns, and describe what you observe and when it began. We will review the applicable agreement and explain any available next steps before additional work is performed. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility and Limits on Claims

Pennsylvania Pest Pros is responsible for performing approved work with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable requirements. To the extent permitted by law, any liability for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limit does not apply where the law prohibits it, or to liability that cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, customer-provided information that is materially incomplete, or effects outside the agreed treatment scope, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Pesticides are used according to their labels and applicable requirements, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and Pennsylvania’s Pesticide Control Act of 1973. Required applicator certification is governed by 7 Pa.

Code Chapter 128. Applicable OSHA hazard communication duties, including 29 CFR 1910.1200, remain in force.

Neither these terms nor any liability limit permits unlawful pesticide use or overrides required label directions, disposal rules, or customer rights under Pennsylvania or federal law.

Questions About These Terms

For questions about these terms, an estimate, or scheduled work, contact Pennsylvania Pest Pros at (855) 681-0299 or info@pennsylvaniapestpros.top. You may also write to 20 South Main Street, Suite 2, Mercersburg, PA, US.

Include your name, service address, and appointment or invoice details when relevant so we can identify the matter. Do not send sensitive payment information by ordinary email.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will be made available through our website or provided when you request it.

For a booked service, the written estimate or agreement accepted for that work governs its scope and price, subject to applicable law; an update does not silently change a completed transaction. If a change affects a future appointment or ongoing service, we will communicate the updated terms through an appropriate channel. Please contact us if you are unsure which version applies or want a copy before approving work.
